| Intel postpones the release of 7 nm processors until 2022 |
The Intel 7nm processors do not seem to be available soon, as the chip manufacturer announced that it was having problems with the next generation of 7nm chips and release lag until at least 2022.
This news came after the company launched a 10-nanometer chip after several years of delay.
According to the company's second-quarter 2020 results, the time for the 7nm processor-based product release is approximately six months from previous forecast.

Intel said these processors should be launched in late 2021: production problems with 7nm processors mean overall production lag compared to the internal roadmap.
