The Cooler Master Master MPX-5501-AMAAB-US Watt Bronze 550W is a standard power source with 80 plus bronze and semi-final mode. If the load is less than 15%, the inert bronze fan remains idle and does not offer zero dB. With increased power requirements, the gradient fan curve can provide a calculated cooling effect with no or little noise at any output level. DC-DC topology is used to maintain voltage stability in all conditions. To improve performance, this 550-watt bronze machine is equipped with a 16 AWG power cord that reduces drag and improves efficiency.
MasterWatt Half Fan Power Supply
MasterWatt is an Bronze Power Plus 80 Plus with an innovative semi-fanless mode. At 15% of load, MasterWatt fan remains inactive and provides zero dBA. With increased power requirements, the blackout fan curve can provide measured cooling effect at any output level with little or no noise. Dual Direct / DC-DC topology is used to maintain voltage stability in all conditions. To improve performance, MasterWatt is equipped with a 16 AWG power cord that can reduce resistance and improve efficiency.
Dust protection and quiet fan
MasterWatt is equipped with a Coolenc Master fan developed by Silencio FP. The fan features an LDB bearing design, enclosed structure, highest IP6X dust protection class and a service life of 160,000 hours. Semi-fanless mode ensures the fan will operate at 0 dB under 15% load. This means that you can try noise-free computing while doing a chore on your computer or surfing the internet.
