| OnePlus plans to launch smart TVs at smarter prices |
OnePlus announced the 55-inch QLED OnePlus 4K TV last September.
The TV is available in two different versions: OnePlus TV Q1; OnePlus TV Q1 Pro costs $ 985 and $ 1400, respectively.
The company's founder and CEO (Pete Lau) today published a tweet announcing an event scheduled for early next month to launch a "smarter TV at a better price" for the Indian market.
Laos wrote in a tweet: "Officially, we will provide Indian society with a high-quality smart TV experience." The event date is July 2.
OnePlus TV should look similar to Realme TV, which has ChromaBoost technology to improve brightness, color, contrast, sharpness and clarity in the image. Due to lower prices for TV products compared to current TV sets, volume is also expected to decrease.
