Microsoft announced on Tuesday that it plans to launch a test version of the anti-virus software for the Android operating system.
The American software giant launched a special version (Windows Defender) for Android and iOS systems earlier this year.

Microsoft's network protection features include anti-phishing, and blocking dangerous sites that are instantly sent via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other applications. Please note that the preview version for Android was released more than a year after Microsoft launched the Windows Defender preview version for Mac OS from Apple. The company plans to launch an iOS version of the app.
