Corsair CV Series CV450 450 Watt Power Supply |
It is a power source, almost standard, since the connection distance to the motherboard itself is very far, and the accessory cable has been connected and used, so only the required cable can be used. Standard cable is flat and thus can be positive or negative depending on your view of existing cable configurations.
Tip: This applies to all power sources you have installed. Ensure that the power supply is installed with the supplied cable. If this is another option, do not use the cable from the old power supply (to various drives and accessories). Unfortunately, unlike the drive end, there is no specific "standard" for the end of the power source for the cable. If you try to reuse the existing compound cable and the external connector at the end of the power source does not match (if you really want to know, this can confirm several specifications), you can fry any component connected to it. Even if the cable is really suitable for the power source, this does not mean that it is compatible in any way. Some people found a problem, and they shared the experience with pleasure, so everyone knows it (I am so glad to check it before installing).
