Microsoft will launch its Window 10X developer system for laptops

Microsoft confirmed on Monday that it plans to convert the Windows 10x operating system to one-screen devices.

"This October is a completely different world from our vision of the new two-screen Windows device last October," said Panos Banai, Director of Windows and Devices at Microsoft. “We are flexible (Windows 10x). This flexibility allows us to focus our efforts on single screen devices (Windows 10x) that use cloud capabilities to help customers work, study and have fun. New ways.”

Microsoft has not specified a date to support single screens, such as Windows 10x laptop computers, or a date to run dual-screen devices in the system, but Banai confirmed that the devices are a single screen that is the first to use the system. He said: "We will continue to find the right time with our OEM partners to bring dual screen devices to the market."

Microsoft is believed to realign Windows 10's priority due to the emerging Coronary Virus Pandemic (COVID-19), especially after company spending increased 75% compared to the previous year, and focused on screen computers. With Windows 10, in most market countries / regions, more people turn to PCs than smartphones or tablets for work or study.

It should be noted that the system (Windows 10x), which was originally intended for (Surface Neo), Surface Neo and other devices with dual screen, provides a simple and modern user interface. Microsoft is updating the system with some changes to the user interface to support multitasking and quick access to settings.

Microsoft is expected to provide more detailed information about systems and devices under development at the annual Build Developer Conference in late May.
