EScan provides an intuitive color interface that anyone can use with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint without extensive training. Wherever you are, the eScan Document Scanning Room can be easily integrated into your workflow.
Users can use the large 7-inch touchpad on eScan to directly connect to their SharePoint account. Simply scan a set of documents, enter index data and save it directly to your favorite SharePoint library. Multiple accounts can be stored on the device without having to be installed on other computers or servers. This provides complete security protection and there is no risk of compatibility with the operating system or server version.

Select the integrated barcode

By adding a watermark to scanned personal or business documents, the documents can be kept confidential. Create a logo, image or text watermark in the configuration menu with just a few clicks!

Supports all metadata fields in a SharePoint library. The system automatically requests the user with metadata before uploading the document directly to the destination on the eScan interface.
