Unisoc T7520 is the first 6 nm and EUV chip manufacturing process |
Unisoc has announced the first Unisoc T7520 6nm chip, which has European and integrated manufacturing process in 5G modem chips.
Last year, the first 7 nm processor chip and EUV manufacturing process were introduced. Today, the Unisoc T7520 chip will introduce the first release of 6nm manufacturing, which is one of the first chips launched by TSMC using the new EUV manufacturing process.
The new EUV manufacturing process features 18% higher density than transistors and 8% less energy consumption. The T7520 chipset contains 4 Cortex-A76 hearts and 4 A55. The processor unit is also equipped with a Mali G57 graphics card. The chip also supports 4K screen resolution and HDR Plus content.
The chip also comes with four cores from your ISP that support 100 megapixels and multiple camera settings. The new NPU core also supports 50% high performance, the chip also includes a 5GB modem that supports Sub-6 GHz and mmWave. Antenna, and it supports SA and NSA networks.
The chip can support mmWave antenna in SA network mode and download speed is 3.25Gb / s. Unisoc T7520 chip can reduce power consumption by 35%. Unisoc will start selling the T7520 chip later this year.
