The leak shows Kirin 820 5G specification with a 7 nm manufacturing accuracy |
It examines the latest Huawei Kirin 820 5G mid-range processor chip leak leakage with a 7 nm manufacturing precision, including Cortex-A76 core and Mali-G77 graphics card.
Huawei is about to launch the Kirin 820 chip, which is the first mid-size chip to support connectivity to the fifth generation network. Today, I announced the specifications of the chip via the digital chat station.
The Kirin 820 5G processor chip has a 7 nm manufacturing accuracy and is equipped with a large Cortex-A76 core, which is equipped with a Kirin 810 chip and 990 4G chip.
The processor chip also provides an ISP upgrade. The core of the NPU of the previous company Kirin 810 chip and the first release of HiSilicon are the Mali G77 graphics cards.
According to ARM, the Mali G77 graphics card has a performance improvement of 120 to 140% per mm² compared to the G76 and the graphics are 30% more energy efficient. I used the Mali G77 graphics card in the Samsung Exynos 990 card that supports Galaxy S20 series phones.
Huawei is said to be preparing to launch the Kirin 820 5G processor chip in the upcoming Honor 30S phone and plans to indicate that the chip will support other versions of the broker this year.
