| OnePlus announces upcoming OnePlus 8 phone on April 14 |
OnePlus today (after months of waiting) announces the date of the announced OnePlus 8 smartphone.
The Chinese company said in a tweet on Twitter that it will announce the phone series (OnePlus 8) on April 14 via a live broadcast on the Internet.
(OnePlus) said: These phones are made up of "a series of 5G devices" and will have a screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, which is higher than the refresh rate of 90 Hz for mobile phones last year.
The two devices expected to be announced at the event are (OnePlus 8) and (OnePlus 8 Pro), and the third device is said to be cheaper (OnePlus Z).
Note that the next OnePlus 8 phone has seen multiple leaks in the past few months, including wireless charging support, especially after (OnePlus) joined the Wireless Energy Alliance in January last year. Rumors say the OnePlus 8 Pro supports IP68 water and dust resistance, making it the company's first phone.
As for the design, the leaked images show that the phone will follow in the phones of many companies such as Samsung and Huawei that offer a front camera on the screen.
