Huawei starts a service to find apps outside of Google Play |
Huawei has released a new app search that makes it easier for users to find applications on Android phones without the Google Play Store.
This is because Huawei insists on selling its devices outside China without GMS (Google Mobile Services) and increasing the number of apps available in the App Gallery Store. However, the Huawei store still does not have a large number of popular applications, which is why owners of the latest Huawei phones outside China are forced to find alternatives.
The new AppSearch app is still in beta and will be published on the German Huawei website. The app is designed to help users find the required app on Huawei and Honor devices without having to install Tripartite App Store.
After searching for the desired application, the application directs the user to another application store where the application can be found so that the user does not have to repeat the same search repeatedly. Therefore, all apps in AppSearch are in third party stores. However, the app classifies apps by region, popularity and destination. The app is now based on five popular stores like APKMirror, APKMonk, APKPUre, Huawei AppGallery and Amazon App Store.
The new AppSearch can be downloaded here.
