Facebook announces Messenger with new design |
On Monday, Facebook announced the launch of the "Messenger, faster, smaller, and easier" instant messaging app for iOS running on iPhone on Apple.
Facebook, which has the largest social network in the world, says: The new version of the app loads twice the speed of the current version, so its size does not exceed a quarter of the current version. The new version will be released in the coming weeks.
CEO Mark Zuckerberg said in a post on Facebook: The new version of Messenger can make users faster and more responsive than other apps used.
Facebook said in an article: - To access these features in Messenger, the base icon for the entire app is being rewritten. However, the company warned that a simpler new design would temporarily lose some benefits. The company has not specified which services will be lost.
It is worth noting that TechCrunch website released a report on the redesigned Messenger app on Friday and it appears that the company has removed the Discovery tab through automatic chat. Facebook said it was working to compensate for this revenue as soon as possible, but did not specify a schedule for it.
Facebook announced a redesign of the messenger app in May 2018. At that time, it promised to streamline the app with a new design.
