Tik Tok begins a tradition of Instagram testing a fresh profile page design |
Short Video Sharing Service (TikTok) has started testing redesigned user profile pages as well as competing Instagram services.
The new design of the profile page brings avatars and subscribers to the right and highlights the user profile. A Tik Tok spokesman confirmed the new design test after talking about it on Twitter.
A Tik Tok spokesman told The Verge: "We are always looking for ways to improve Tik Tok usability. We are currently testing profile design and functionality to ultimately provide users with more customization options and optimize their profiles with them. Interact."
Like Instagram on Snapchat, Tik Tok, which made over 1.5 billion downloads last November, appears to have started emulating what it considers useful Facebook service.
It should be noted that the demand from a Chinese company (Tik Tok) witnessed tremendous growth in 2019, until it became the third uncommon app for games in the past year, surpassing Facebook and Instagram (fourth and fifth).
When (Tik Tok) adopts a new design similar to Instagram's design on their profile page and posts it to all users, it seems that this is the beginning that gives users the feeling that social media design in particular is the unification is when Instagram decides to imitate the function of (Tik Tok) if It was thought to attract more users.
