The latest security vulnerability, published in the Weibo report, shows that Oppo plans to launch its first version of the smartwatch with EKG this quarter, which can display the ECG.
Oppo confirmed its plans to launch its first smart watch in a previous statement, it will be officially released in the first quarter of 2020, and the Oppo smart watch is expected to adopt a rectangular design to simulate the design of the Xiaomi Mi watch.
According to the company statement, the rectangle smart watch design should provide the user with a better experience to know more details and information on the front of the smart watch.
A new report published on Weibo states that Oppo smart watches support ECG / ECG functions simultaneously, display detailed ECG information and monitor changes in heart rate. This is an advanced smart watch feature that allows users to better track their health.
Reports indicate that some versions of the smartwatch already have ECG functions, including the Apple Series 5 smart watch, Samsung Active 2 and Amazfit Verge.
Oppo is expected to announce the release date of the smart watch soon and is expected to be officially announced at the next Find X2 conference.
