Microsoft supports Xbox games on Android devices in more countries |
Microsoft announced Thursday that some Xbox users can access their games with the latest beta of Xbox Console Streaming on Android mobile devices.
In countries that support the Xbox One platform, all of the Xbox users who participate in the Xbox Xbox Insider program can try to send the streams to the Xbox console, the American software giant said in an article.
It is worth noting that the list of countries that support the Xbox One platform includes 42 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
Xbox Console Streaming allows users to play Xbox One games, including Xbox Game Pass games, on Android devices, including phones and tablets.
Microsoft announced last October that it would support Xbox Insider users in the United States and the United Kingdom, and found results that encouraged it to test service in other countries.
Note that users who want to test Xbox console streaming service will need Android 6.0 and newer device that supports Bluetooth 4.0. Xbox One Wireless Controller and Microsoft account must be available with the files on the Xbox service.
