This computer is a good business. It contains DVD DVD RW, big screen, lots of RAM and lots of SSD storage for ordinary people. I never want to set up a new computer, download all programs, and copy all files from one computer to another. Simply because it is a time consuming process. The first thing I do when I set up a new computer is to download AT&T McAfee Antivirus for free. McAfee could not be downloaded. Then I tried to download FireFox but it was not downloaded. I decided to turn on the firewall on my computer to see if there is a difference, but it did not happen. Double checking to make sure my system is installed on Windows 10. So I decided to throw the towel and call HP technical support. It was a mistake. Maybe I should contact Microsoft Windows support. Someone from HP sent me to the Software Support team who was enthusiastic and ready to help solve the problem. I just have to sign up for one year of software technical support at a low price of $ 15 a month. Tech has said that it could accept Fricate and refuse to pay for new brands in order to access new computers.

I have avoided Windows 10 for many years, so this may be my problem. I found an online repair solution. I need to go to Windows Security, then deselect "Programs", "Browser Controls" and "Check Programs and Files". This solves the download problem and can download all the programs I need. After that, the computer temporarily lost your internet connection. I also found a solution to this problem online. In my case, I finally updated the network driver and then restarted the computer that solved the problem. The computer is now working properly and is the new flagship of home computers.
All in all, it's an ideal price computer, and because of two problems that most buyers don't face, it's a shame to go back to it. HP recommends that third-party devices be the software and not the software responsible. After purchasing a one-year warranty for the technical plan, we are happy to help you. HP has never asked me for answers from Microsoft. I have absolutely no idea if Microsoft helped me for free. This is what I know after trying to find the answer online. These problems have been around for years. Very shameful for Microsoft.
