BaoFeng BF-F8HP Dual Band Two-Way Radio
I have both HP BF-F8 and one of the first UV-5R “enhanced” UV rays on Amazon ($ 35, extended battery included) I have to say that BF-F8 is stronger than the original. Plastic in general has better surfaces, which makes them generally good. I was afraid the silver megaphone would look cheesy, but I admired its beauty.
I have a new license, so I can't use it much, but after the basic test, the sound it was sending out sounded very clear. The quality of the headphones isn't bad for what the HT can expect. When turned on, the volume will of course increase, but once the maximum volume is reached, its appearance will also deteriorate.
The included large battery works well and can be used as a replacement battery for my two expansion batteries (I bought an additional BF-F8 and now it has one radio for my country.) BF-F8 expansion battery, I want one thing more important than the original, you have to do your best to connect it to the battery, but once there is no Operation problem, you can remove it and reconnect without any problems.
I am very happy with this purchase, I picked up a lot of different UV5R models and I am very satisfied with this purchase. The quality of the BTech radios appears to be very good. I think it is Baofeng radios with better quality control and better customer service. In any case, if you think about Baofeng, you will find it. At this point, the UV-5X3 tri-band version should only be considered. If you are looking for this add-on, it is Radio BTech again.
