Microsoft has announced that users can use their phone app to connect their computers to smartphones, and now supports receiving and making calls directly from your computer.
The technology giant released its final version of the "Your Phone" app last July. The functions are limited to synchronizing text messages, notifications and pictures between Windows computers and Android smartphones.
Now the company has tweeted: "Thank you, Windows Tester, and thank you for your feedback during the past two months. We are pleased to announce today that the" Connect "feature in your phone app is available to the public with this function, you can make calls directly from your computer.
With this new feature, even when the phone is away, the user can answer the call directly from the computer or even call the app to make a call, similar to the continuity function provided by Apple through MacOS.
To use this new feature, users need to download the Your Phone app on their phones and devices. You can download it to your phone from the Google Play Store or to your computer from the Microsoft App Store.
