The desktop version of the AMD Radeon RX 5300 XT graphics card is featured in the specification sheet for a new HP Pavilion desktop PC model (TP01-0004ng).  As for the list it shows the technical specifications of the card RX 5300 XT, the card features GDDR5 memory capacity of 4 GB, we can say that this is the first appearance of the card RX 5300 XT directly.  An old report that appeared almost two months ago to the driver's files indicated that there are only two products from the RX 5300 series, the RX 5300 (for desktop) and the RX 5300M for mobile devices.  A “XT” version inevitably indicates a higher CU than the conventional RX 5300, although the series is still different from the RX 5500 series thanks to the cheaper GDDR5 memory compared to the RX 5500.

The RX 5300 and RX 5500 series are based on a single chip, the Navi 14 based on 7nm manufacturing precision, and contain up to 24 RDNAs (which in turn contain up to 1536 stream processor), with  A 128-bit wide memory interface supports up to 8GB of GDDR6 or GDDR5 RAM.  AMD hopes to phase out its 14nm and 12nm cards from the Polaris 10 and Polaris 30 architecture with the new Navi 14 cards.  But it is also possible that the RX 5300 XT can be customized for OEMs, just like the processors on the HP series of these series, the Ryzen 5 3500 6-core / 6-thread processors, which are currently limited to OEMs.  .
