NUC 10 desktops have run a lot of leaks in the past, and Intel has officially unveiled the new series of devices, which include the company's new processors introduced by Intel this summer.
The Intel Comet Lake-U processors that support the NUC 10 series feature a 14nm manufacturing precision. Intel introduces the new Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7 processors, which come with the following specifications:
- Intel Core i3-10110U 4.7GHz Turbo processor with two cores and 4 threads, and 4MB cache in L3.
- Intel Core i5-10210U 4.2GHz Turbo processor with 4 cores and 8 threads, and 8 MB cache in L3.
- Intel Core i7-10710U 4.1GHz Turbo processor with 6 cores and 12 threads, and 12MB cache in L3.
Also, all NUC 10 models with HDMI 2.0a on the back of the device are compatible with GbE, two USB 3.1 Class A ports, and a Thunderbolt 3 port, while the devices on the front include 2 USB 3.1 ports, one of which comes in Class A while The B Series also comes with SDXC slots on the side of the chassis, with UHS-II support.
The slim NUC 10 models come with one NVMe PCIe SSD, while larger models support both NVMe PCIe SSD and 2.5-inch SATA SSD / HDD for storage.
The devices also include two memory slots DDR4-2666, where the computers are available with RAM 16 GB RAM in DDR-2666, with storage capacity of 256 GB in NVMe PCIe SSD, and 1 TB in SATA HDD, devices are also available with Windows 10 Home is optional, and the company is set to disclose pricing and availability of units in the market later.
